Cooling Screw Conveyor can be designed and manufactured as per customer’s request .


There will be cooling water inside the jacket .Sometimes we also put cooling water inside the center shaft ,so as to get a better cooling effect .Jacket Cooling Screw Conveyor is designed and fabricated to cool materials from high temperature to down.




Jacketed cooling screw conveyors detail

Cooling screw conveyor can cool temperature from 600 Centi degree to 90 Centi degree .

Cooling screw conveyor  Conveying distance can reach 20m.Flexible ally of several equipment can meet any distances as per your request.

Operating ambient temperature shall be less then 300 centidegree. Humidity of material shall be < 5%.

Good seal property. Transporting trough can be round pipe or rectangular, inlet and outlet are furnished with flexible sealing connection for environmental protection.

Jacket Cooling Screw Conveyors’ diameter ranges from 14’’ OD to 30’’ OD.

Application

Jacket Cooling Screw Conveyors is used for Molybdenum powder, slag, fly ash, etc
